Senior Care Plus is inviting all members who have used a mail order pharmacy service in the last 18 months to complete our Mail Order Pharmacy Experience Survey.
This is a short survey and should take about five minutes to complete. The purpose of this survey is to get detailed feedback on your experience that will help us provide best-in-class service to all our members.
