Ordering your quarterly supply online is easy! Visit SeniorCarePlus.NationsBenefits.com to set up your account by registering on the NationsBenefits MyBenefits portal. Once you are set up, you can view all products and place online orders.

Benefits and premiums and or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1 of each year. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. The formulary, pharmacy network and provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary. Other providers are available in our network.
