At Senior Care Plus, we place a high value on meeting the needs of our members. To help us continue providing the benefits and services you need, we’d like to hear your concerns and compliments.

If you have a concern or complaint regarding Senior Care Plus, you may initiate a grievance:

 

Senior Care Plus has established a grievance procedure designed to provide a prompt, meaningful and confidential response to your issues. Please seek immediate assistance from your Primary Care Physician if you have questions or concerns about services or treatment from providers contracted with Senior Care Plus. We will listen to your suggestions carefully and do all we can to improve our plan.
